Dennis A. Thomas, Director, President and Chairman of the Board

Dennis A. Thomas, the President and Chairman of the Board, is a founder of the Company. Prior to founding this Company, Mr. Thomas was President of International Thermal Packaging, Inc., a high tech, disposible, self chilling package company, for 18 years.

From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Thomas was a self- employed business consultant. He worked as a stock analyst for hi- tech products and represented several broker dealers on Wall Street and in different countries.

Mr. Thomas was the President of Commercial Laundry Sales from 1976 to 1984 in Las Vegas, Nevada. During this time he oeprated a business that designed, sold and built hotel laundries. He was also self employed during this time as a plumbing and electrical contractor. Before working For Commercial Laundry Sales, Mr. Thomas was a sales Engineer with Wascomat of America from 1970 to 1976. Before his tenure there he was a development engineer for the Chrysler Corporation in Detroit Michigan.

From 1963 to 1969 Mr. Thomas attended the Detroit College of Business for two
Years. While working for Chrysler Corporation, Mr. Thomas attended the Chrysler Engineering Institute in Detroit, Michigan.

Mr. Thomas was the winner of the Inc. Magazine’s “1990 Entrepreneur of the Year”, award, having been nominated by Merrill Lynch of New York. Mr. Thomas has been published papers in many publications, including the NASA Year Book (1992) for the research work he did at University of Southern California and NASA. Mr. Thomas’s holds advanced degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Physics from Michigan State University.

Mr. Thomas heads a team of associates and engineers engaged in the energy field. Mr. Thomas has worked with the National Renewable Energy Labs (U. S. Dept of Energy) in Golden, Colorado. The Labs have pioneered many innovations in the filed of Fluid Mechanics and Heat Exchange. The Company has established a Board of Advisors that includes Engineers and Professors at leading universities including, USC, UCLA and University of Nevada in Reno, Nevada. These highly skilled persons are assisting the Company in developing its technology and use of geothermal resources to generate electricity.

David Lilly, Director, Secretary and Treasurer

David Lilly a founder of Geothermal Power of America, Inc. He is a graduate of George Washington University Law School and a resident of Los Angeles, California where is associated with the Law Offices of David Burkenroad. Mr. Lilly was previously a member of the California Bar Association. He was previously licensed as a real estate broker and a general contractor by the State of California. He taught law courses at Lolyola University and the Los Angeles Unified School District.

Mr. Lilly is a past General Gounsel for International Wood Corporation, a public company engaged in the international timber business. He currently serves as President and a Director of said corporation.
